Onsite Child Care at IMMUNOLOGY2023™

We are pleased to announce that we have finalized the AAI Child Care Program for IMMUNOLOGY2023™, May 11 – 15, 2023, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

After evaluating several providers, we chose KiddieCorp, based on excellent recommendations and their extensive vetting and evaluation of their staff (which ranges from youthful camp counselors to grandparents!).

This opportunity is available to all registered meeting attendees – at no charge – for their children, ages 3 months – 12 years old.

Please note: There will be a charge if you do not show up for your reserved days/hours and/or if you cancel your reserved days/hours less than 24 hours before your registered time.

Children 13 years or older are welcome to register and attend IMMUNOLOGY2023™ but must be accompanied by a registered adult. Registrants and their guests must be 21 years or older to attend any social event where alcohol is being served.

The hours of the Child Care Program are:

Thursday, May 11, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Friday, May 12, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday, May 13, 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday, May 14, 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Monday, May 15, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The location of the Child Care Program is:

Level 2, East Overlook Room
Walter E. Washington Convention Center

To help plan your child care needs, please review the IMMUNOLOGY2023™ program to date.

The registration deadline is Monday, May 1, 2023. Availability is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please us this form to find out more about the program and to register your child/ren.

We hope you can take advantage of this opportunity and are happy to respond to your questions.

All IMMUNOLOGY2023™ attendees are required to comply with the AAI COVID-19 policy.
