Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities are available to exhibitors to demonstrate their support for the field by sponsoring lectures, symposia, career-development networking programs, travel grants for early career scientists, and social events. In addition, exciting new exhibitor upgrades are available for exhibitors to enhance their visibility at the conference.

Support of $3,000 or more in Scientific Program Sponsorships and/or Exhibit Hall Upgrades qualifies an exhibitor/sponsor for the many benefits associated with AAI Premier Sponsorship. (See document linked below)

Confirmed IMMUNOLOGY2023™ Exhibitors can purchase sponsorships through their online booth portal, or request a link to book online from the AAI Exhibits and Sponsorship Sales Manager. Organizations that are not exhibiting but interested in sponsorship should contact the AAI Exhibits and Sponsorship Sales Manager; sponsorships by non-exhibiting companies will be approved on a case by case basis.
